Jingi Walla/Hello!
My name is Bella Mahoney. I am a proud Aboriginal girl from the Bundjalung tribe in northern NSW.
I am so excited that at just 18 I have been selected to play in the U21 Women’s Australian Indigenous Oztag team to compete at the 2023 Tag World Cup in Limerick Ireland from 30/07/23-06/08/23. My 15-year-old sister has also been selected and Mum is managing my team.
Tournament registration, playing and training gear, flights, travel insurance, transfers and accommodation with the team at the University of Limerick will total approximately $5500. I will also need to get a new passport and pay for meals abroad.
Donations of all sizes would be deadly, and all funds will go directly to helping me get to the 2023 Tag World Cup. If you can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated by my family and me.
