From the 9th to the 17th of April, Aaron will be participating in the 2025 PGA of Australia Qualifying School, where he will be aiming to secure one of the 24 full tour cards on offer. Aaron is hoping to gain some support from the membership to help him best succeed at this chance to obtain a tour card for the 2025/2026 season.

Aaron has been a member at Federal Golf Club since the age of 10 in 2011, and has come through the ranks at Federal, from representing the Club at both Club and state level as a junior, to becoming and completing a PGA MPP (previously known as a traineeship) at Federal GC between 2020-2022. Upon completion of the MPP at the end of 2022, he graduated with one of the top 10 scoring averages in the country for the program. This granted him some limited status and a handful of starts on the PGA of Australia for 2023/2024 season. Along with this, since graduating the MPP, Aaron has spent the last 2 years travelling playing pro-ams all around the country (which is why you may see him come and go from working in the pro shop all the time). Although this has been a positive experience and some good results have come from it, Aaron hopes to regain status on the main Aussie tour and secure a schedule that will help him in achieving his goal of competing overseas one day.
