We set up our academies to be sustainable, and for longevity in a school. Giving schools, the knowledge, time and resources they don't have, particularly in the government schools we work in which have high staff turnover.


Our program to date has impacted over 1000 students.

The original pilot program has seen:

  • elimination of school refusers
  • positive mental health data
  • improved school attendance
  • improved school behaviour
  • improved academic outcomes
  • 97.5% of students in the academy finish Year 12
  • 50% of Year 12 graduates going on to tertiary education
  • Average of 40% female participation
  • 35% increase in Grade Point Averages
