Apex Gymnastics is a new small not-for-profit Gymnastics Club, just south of the river in Western Australia.

We have designed a dynamic gymnastics program to cater for all ages, which involves incorporating a variety of skill-building exercises and age-appropriate challenges that cater to the diverse range of abilities and interests for all of our participants.

By offering a mix of dominant movement patterns, flexibility drills, strength training, and fun activities, our program will engage participants of all ages while fostering a love for the sport and promote overall physical development.

By providing a positive and supportive environment with experienced coaches we can further enhance the experience and encourage continued participation and growth within gymnastics.
