Avalon Sailing Club is a family-oriented sailing club, located at Clareville, on Pittwater.

The Club was founded in 1938, and the clubhouse was built in 1958.

The male change room is old and needs to be renovated to meet current building standards and user expectations.

The work involves replacement of the walls, ceiling and floor as well as upgrading the plumbing and electrical services.
