Hi, I’m Bailey Clues,

I am thrilled to have been selected to represent Australia to compete with the 2022 Australian Canoe Sprint junior team in Szeged, Hungary in August 2022 and with the Asia Pacific Cup Team in Komatsu, Japan in September               

Paddling is everything to me, and after many years spent training and competing in the surf lifesaving community, I am excited to have more recently been taken under the wing of some of Australia’s greatest paddlers and my sporting heroes to further develop my paddling skills. It is my single-minded goal to represent my country at the most elite level.

Since 2021 I have been both fortunate and humbled to have taken out four gold medals across the ski leg in the Australian surf lifesaving titles and more recently four gold, two silver and three bronze medals in the 2022 Kayak Sprint Nationals in May. I have worked hard to earn my spot on this team. My commitment to this sport is unwavering as is my commitment to my coaching community and my mentors both past and present.

I am so thankful for the unwavering support of my wider community of family, friends and professionals. This money will help fund my trips to represent our country in both Europe and Japan.
