Hi, my name is Ben, and I am raising funds to travel to Logan, Queensland to compete in the Inline Hockey National Championships.

My love for inline hockey has been with me since I started playing at 10 years old and has only grown stronger. I was fortunate enough to compete for Victoria as a goalie in 2019 after many years of practice. Since then, my passion has extended to playing out on the rink as a floor player. With a lot of hard work, I have been given the opportunity to compete for my state again, but this time as a player. 

In the last 4 years I have taken on a coaching role to bring up the next generation of players, and being selected to play for Victoria has given me the opportunity to show these young impressionable athletes just where hard work can take them! Anyone who knows me well knows that all of my time is invested in the development of skating and inline hockey. Helping young people create a healthy relationship with sport has always been a high priority for me. 

Unfortunately, inline hockey isn’t a well-funded sport and we have to cover the cost of competing ourselves, so I am reaching out to offset the cost of traveling to play. Any donation you can make will significantly help my ability to compete and continue my hard work.
