My name is Cameron Swain and I am a 15 year old road racer from Brisbane.

In 2024 I have been selected to proudly fly the Aussie flag and race in the very first FIM World R3 Cup which will be held across Europe, in Spain, Netherlands, France, Italy and the UK. Races will be held alongside the World Superbikes.

Last year I competed in the World R3 Superfinale held in Portugal, competing against the top R3 riders from across the globe, where I finished in 3rd place overall, proving I have the ability to compete well against the best in the world. 

In 2024 I aim to remain at the front of the pack, and prove what I am capable of.

In Australia I have continuously proven my abilities, having won the Oceania Junior Cup in 2021, and being the current 2023 R3 Cup Australian Champion. I am ready to now translate that onto the World stage.

As I am in year 10 at school, to compete in the World Championship I will be making 4 separate trips to Europe, and allowing me to do this is a huge undertaking, with entries and travel costs amounting to in excess of $100,000, for which my family are largely responsible for covering. Any training sessions which I require to ensure I remain as competitive as possible, come on top of those expenses. 

While my family puts every last cent that they have available into allowing me to chase my dreams, to allow me to complete the year to the best of my abilities requires far more than my family alone can cover, and as such, I am reaching out to the community to assist me on my way.
