Joel, as a promising first year U23 rider, has been selected to accompany six of Australia’s up and coming cross-country junior athletes for the 2023 MTB European Comp as part of the Australian Cycling Team pathway initiatives. 

The athletes will compete at two Hors Category (HC) races in Switzerland and the Czech Republic as well as a round of the World Cup in Nove Mesto. The Team will leave Australia April 30 and return May 23.

Donations will help cover the cost of travel, accommodations, and race entry fees, allowing Joel to focus on what he does best – riding fast and pushing limits to improve and be competitive on a world stage.
