The Central Coast Mariners Foundation (CCMF) was established to provide philanthropic support to aspiring young footballers in the Mariners Academy. With a primary focus on the development of junior footballers within the Central Coast Mariners Academy, the CCMF will provide a sustainable funding source to ensure a clear development pathway from under 9's all the way through to the Hyundai A-League.

The CCMF aims to provide an environment that gives the players the very best chance of achieving their goals - while at the same time making sure they are enjoying every minute of their football, fostering their leap towards their dream of becoming a professional. From serving up home cooked meals for players living on their own for the first time to assisting with job applications and accommodation, the CCMF identifies the needs and supports necessary for making sure young players at the Central Coast Mariners feel at home.

In addition the CCMF will have a welfare focus to ensure that any aspiring Mariners Academy players have access to funding should they fall on hard times or be impacted by an unforeseen disaster. Having a welfare pillar of the CCMF ensures that the players feel supported on and off the field and strengthens the strong club culture of the Central Coast Mariners.
