Connor is a talented 15 year old that has basically been racing mountain bikes since the training wheels were taken off his 16” bike. He loves being on his bike and participates in XCO (Cross Country), Gravity Enduro and Downhill…and recently got on the skinny road tyres too. His main passion and focus is XCO and this is where he is aiming his career goals. He has held the Australian XCO and XCC Australian National Champion titles for 4 years running, 2020 U13 /2021 U15 /2022 U15 / 2023 U17. He has also held the U15 Gravity Enduro National Champion title 2022 and took 2nd place in U17 for 2023. Connor is driven to have a career through cycling and his long term goals are to race XCO for Australia in the Olympics and compete in World Cup events. 

2024 is going to be a demanding career founding year for Connor, a year where he will be chasing every Under 17 National XCO event across Australia to be recognised and appreciated as the serious athlete he is and the career in cycling he wants. Connor will be making at least 5 trips over east to represent WA in the National events starting with the National XCO Cup rounds 1 and 2 in Feb 2024. Whilst he is fortunate enough to have support with the Trek Shimano Australia team and all their subsidiary suppliers, travel expenses and race entries fees still fall on the athlete.

The Australian Sports Foundation offers athletes a platform to gain financial support via a donation from companies where they will be supplied a formal tax invoice to claim their tax rebates.
