Imagine representing your country on the world stage, proving that determination and passion can overcome any barrier. For me, this dream is becoming a reality through Para Dancesport, but I need your support to take the next big step.

Since discovering Para Dancesport in 2018, I’ve competed in incredible competitions and showcases, both in Australia and internationally. Along the way, I’ve represented Australia as part of its first-ever Class 2 para dance couple on the world championship stage. These experiences have inspired me to take this journey all the way to the top!

My next major goal is the Para Dancesport International Competition in Hong Kong on 22–23 March 2025—a qualifying event for the World Championships in Slovakia later this year. Competing at these events will not only advance my personal dance journey but also shine a spotlight on the need for greater support and awareness of Para Dancesport in Australia.

However, I need your support to help me get there. The costs of competitive dancing are immense, particularly when travel is involved. As para dance is still growing in Australia, it currently lacks substantial government funding and sponsorship to sustain it. My dance partner and I have relied on self-funding and community grants to reach this point, but for this next stage, we both need a helping hand.

Your support will make a huge difference and will be used for the following:

• Additional training and rehearsal sessions to perfect our routines
• Competition registrations and entry fees
• Airfares to and from international events
• Accessible transportation costs

Dancing has given me a new lease on life, boosting my confidence and proving what’s possible with dedication and hard work. Your support will not only help me compete at these world-class events but also inspire others in the para dance community to chase their dreams.
