Unfortunately, for many young people in New South Wales, financial barriers prevent them from ever getting the chance to play. That's where BNSW Dream Hoops 1000 comes in – our program provides financial assistance grants to young people who would like to play basketball for the first time but are unable due to financial restraints.

The Impact of Dream Hoops 1000

Since our program's launch, we have provided financial assistance grants to hundreds of young people across New South Wales. These grants have enabled them to join local basketball competitions that they would not have otherwise been able to afford. The impact of our program goes far beyond just giving young people access to sports – it also helps them build confidence and self-esteem, develop essential life skills like leadership and teamwork, and create lasting friendships.

Our Goals for the Future

While we are proud of what we have achieved so far with Dream Hoops 1000, we know there is still much work to be done. Our goal is to provide 1000 grants for 1000 young people across New South Wales to play basketball for the first time. We have already raised over half of the funds needed to achieve this goal, but we need your help to make it a reality. We can only do this with your help.
