Let us say thanks - For donations of $250 or over, we will list your name on a commemorative players' guernsey to be worn at the first Simonds Stadium fixture of 2017!
The past decade has been one of the great eras in the long and proud history of the Geelong Cats. Our three recent premierships have cemented the mighty Cats as a benchmark Club in our nation’s most popular sporting competition.
But now is the time to focus on the future. Now is the time to galvanise our entire Club in the pursuit of more triumphs.
Achieving success in the future will only be possible with support from people like you. With your generous gift, we will remain at the forefront of the competition and we will have the financial firepower to build the best football facilities in the competition. This will enable us to remain a destination Club for players exercising their free agency rights.
We are already extremely proud of Simonds Stadium and the way the first three stages of its redevelopment have transformed it into one of the best sporting venues in the nation. And Simonds Stadium is about to improve even further. The fourth stage of the redevelopment, which encompasses the building of a new Charles Brownlow Stand, is already well underway. The new stand will house state-of-the-art facilities for our players, supporters and the broader community. It will breathe new life into the Cats and the Greater Geelong region.
However, redeveloping our stadium has been a huge commitment for our Club and has brought with it some financial pressure.
With your support, we will boast a stadium that has spectator and community facilities that are the equal of any in the nation and our Club will remain the beating heart of the Greater Geelong region for decades to come.
In contributing to our bold vision, you will help ensure we achieve our goals. And, along with our coaches, players and members, you will help leave a legacy for future generations to enjoy.
