Kick Off Geelong Foundation aims to provide financial assistance for junior boy and girl soccer players (age 5 to 18) facing financial barriers to participation at the Geelong Soccer and Sports Club.

Geelong Soccer and Sports Club is located in Corio, Geelong. It is an area of socioeconomic disadvantage and has a significant refugee population.

Soccer is a popular local sport with all communities in the area. Whilst there is much enthusiasm amongst the local children and youth to participate, financial costs of registration and equipment can potentially obstruct players getting on the park. Our aim is to assist the local kids in maximising their opportunities to belong and feel valued as members of our club. We would love them to enjoy the benefits of physical exercise, inclusion and comradeship that comes with playing soccer and, best of all, we want them to have fun!!
