Our Coaching Development Program is designed support all our coaches, in particular those who are younger and less experienced. 

Funds raised will enable us to:

• provide expert training in the many facets of modern junior coaching, and to engage an external facilitator that will ensure all our teams and coaches benefit from a consistent philosophy. An enhanced coaching experience will further encourage participation in the sport, and provide a competitive but fair experience for all of our players and families.
• provide training and upskilling of club volunteers, particularly Team Trainers who are involved in child safety and injury prevention roles.
• assist with the general operating expenses of the club including but not limited to playing and coaching equipment, council ground charges, and facility (electricity) charges.
