Creating a facility that encourages inclusion, equality and social cohesion whilst facilitating greater outcomes for the community and stronger interaction between the Club and community partners.

COMMUNITY

Integrating dedicated community facilities and partners within an elite, high-performance training environment, creating a dynamic setting for the delivery of the Club’s community programs.

INCLUSIVENESS

Providing a home for Hawthorn that further advances its reputation as a family club by increasing access, integration and inclusiveness with the community, members and supporters.

GIVING BACK

Enhancing the Club’s capacity to give back to the local community, its members and fans by creating a high-performance, elite training facility on repurposed land, that will additionally enable the Club to remain competitive at the AFL level.
