The current amenities building will be stripped including internal walls, privacy screens and roof. A bank of 5 new unisex toilets including one ambulant toilet with washbasins and a privacy screen will be added to the rear of the existing building footprint, while the existing building will be reconfigured into a PWD, shower, storeroom and cleaners room. Wheelchair complaint ramps and pathways will be added.

The scope of works includes: demolition works; earthworks; concrete slab, pathway slabs and ramps; concrete block walls and privacy screen; roof framing, sheeting and rainwater disposal; doors, windows, joinery and fitments; floors, walls and ceiling; plumbing and drainage; lighting and electrical; geotechnical investigations; architect, engineer and building certifier; local authority and statutory fees and charges; and Project Management fees.
