As an athlete with a deep passion for this sport, I am fully committed to training and competing at the highest level. Your support could play a pivotal role in turning this dream into a reality.

I train relentlessly both on and off the water with the goal of reaching my full potential. My weekly routine includes gym sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, as well as a specialized acceleration strength and conditioning program every Friday.

This program is designed to target the core muscle groups essential for success in Dragon Boat Racing. On the water, I train twice a week—Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings—with each session lasting two hours.

Every moment is an opportunity to grow stronger, faster, and more focused.

To continue progressing on this path, I require essential equipment and funding to assist with uniforms, competition fees, travel, and accommodation. These are critical to ensuring I am well-prepared for upcoming competitions, where I aim to showcase the very best of what Australia has to offer. With your generous support, I will be fully equipped to train and compete at my highest level.

Most recently, I competed at the AusChamps 2025 Nationals held in Penrith this April. I proudly made the podium in all my events—an incredible way to close out the 2025 season and a testament to the hard work I’ve put in.

In addition to my personal training, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with athletes from various clubs. These experiences have helped me grow not only as an athlete but as a person, building lasting connections and strengthening my place within the Dragon Boat community.
