I am an elite rower training full time at Rowing Australia’s National Training Centre in Canberra, ACT with the goal of representing the country at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. While we spend many hours on the water each week, we also spend many hours cross-training on bikes. Cycling is a crucial part of our training that contributes enormously to the aerobic base we are building every week, therefore having a high-performance road bike is imperative to achieve this. I am please asking for your help in raising money to purchase a new road bike. As an athlete having access to a bike will translate directly into optimising my training program and ultimately contribute directly to my performance on the world stage.
