Hi, my name is Jade King, I am a 17 year old competitive swimmer who has competed on a State and National level. I am very excited to be able to be a part of Team Vic, representing Victoria in the 2024 School Sport Australia National Competition on the Gold Coast this year. I will be swimming in butterfly events which are my favourite.

Being a part of Team Vic is a privilege but an expensive one, our special uniform is nearly $1000. I also need to pay for myself and a parent to fly to the Gold Coast, for our accommodation, meals etc. A new compression suit to compete in will be approximately $900 so my costs add up quickly.

If you can contribute at all to support me to compete would be amazing! The money would be used for the expenses I've mentioned and would mean that I can represent Victorian school swimmers. Any donations through the Australian Sports Foundation are fully tax deductable so as well as helping me, you can reduce your tax.
