I have been selected to represent Australia at the Touch World Cup in Nottingham in July 2024. This has been a goal of mine for last 4 years and I thought I had missed my chance this year after suffering a full ACL rupture, full MCL tear and 2 meniscus tears in my right knee. I had surgery in June 2023 and started running again in November 2023. I have trained very hard (3 hours every morning from 3am to 6am) to get back and am proud to represent myself, my family, my community and my country at the Touch World Cup.

As a user-pays sport, I am likely to have costs of well over $7000, including cost of training camps, uniforms, return flights and accommodation. With two young children and living of one income, this cost is a significant barrier to me. This fundraiser is designed to help me cover some of these costs so I can achieve my goal of representing Australia!
