Your donation is supporting Joshua Robertson-Hahn
Known as one of the hardest working Australian snowboarders, Joshua is the type of rider to let his snowboarding do the talking.
This past northern hemisphere year alone, Joshua performed brilliantly, putting into practice some crazy new skills, ultimately scoring 17th place at the Beijing World Cup Big Air event, and then backing that up with an even better 15th at the at the Krieschberg World Cup Big Air.
On a roll, Joshua then added a Europa Cup Slopestyle podium at Seiser Alm, Italy to the haul. It was clear to see that Joshua was on track in his aspirations to qualify for the Australian team for the 2026 Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics. Unfortunately, he then sustained a season ending injury, in this case a broken collarbone.
Acknowledging his performance, Snow Australia honoured Joshua with the nomination for Male Athlete of the Year for the disciplines of Snowboard Park & Pipe Big Air and Slopestyle 2025.
Josh is proud to hold a NSW Institute of Sport Snowboard Scholarship which provides access to support services to keep him in peak condition, and grateful for the product support he receives from his current industry sponsors Slash Snowboards, Smith Optics and Rhythm Snowboard Shop.
Whilst Joshua continues to build on his reputation as one of Australia’s best performing snowboard Big Air and Slopestyle competition riders, he always remains approachable, humble, and available to help up and coming riders, young and old, with words of support, laughter and a shared love of all things snow.
In his own words:
“I've been snowboarding since I was 7 and it's been my dream to go to the Olympics for my country and compete under the Australian flag. Now 20, I've been to 6 World Cup events with three top 25 finishes including a recent personal best 17th in the Beijing Big Air event followed up with a 15th place at Kreischberg Big Air so I know I can be consistently competitive.
I have created this Fundraiser to help raise funds to support my coaching, entry fees and travel costs for the 2025/26 Northern Hemisphere events. This season is particularly important as all of the World Cups I go to between now and January 2026 are qualifying events for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Livigno, Italy.
The cost of all of this, as you would imagine is quite high, and whilst I work whenever I can, being away makes it difficult so any help is appreciated. I promise to try my absolute hardest and make sure I make the most of every opportunity that I get.
Every dollar of your support will be put to good use and will allow me to continue to focus on what i do best - elite competition snowboarding”
Thank your for your support and keeping following and sharing my story on socials.
