We are in unprecedented times, the current Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all of our way of lives. As a result of the pandemic and government restrictions Lake Macquarie Rugby has been impacted financially through loss of sponsorship due to businesses being shut down, and loss of fundraising chances due to the cancellation of this years competition and restrictions on crowds and canteen operations. We had already ordered this years playing gear for both junior and seniors, which is usually covered by sponsorship money and canteen sales. Without these sources of income the club faces uphill battle to be able to survive in the coming years.

We are growing club on the banks on Lake Macquarie that provides an opportunity for people of all ages a chance to be apart of the game they play in heaven, and be part of close, strong knit community that looks out for eachother.

We acknowledge that everyone is doing it tough in this time, however we ask that if you can spare any size donation , it will go a long way to assuring the all of our junior and senior Roo's have a club to enjoy for many years to come!!
