As a young female drag racer living in a rural town. Opportunities like being one of the 8 invited racers to race for the national grand final don't come along often.
As the fastest junior drag bike racer in the country i would love the opportunity to go to Tailem bend and race at the national drag racing championship grand final. This is to be held at Tailem bend from the 18th to the 20th October 2024.
Drag racing is predominately a male dominated sport and to be able to break through those ceilings is a wonderful thing.
At the moment the biggest issue we face is travel and event costs to get me and my bike down to Tailem Bend SA from our home base in Monto QLD. This is approximately a 2 to 3 day drive each way and 4000 odd kms round trip. Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
