Hello! My name is Lola Probert and I am 14 years old and in year 9 at St Aloysius College, North Melbourne. I have recently had the amazing opportunity to be selected for the under 15s School Sport Victoria team (SSV) where we will be competing in the Gold Coast in the SSA (School Sports Australia) Tournament. 

I have been involved in hockey since I was eight years old and this year is my third year as a goalkeeper. I became the goalie when I put my hand up to give it a try and since then, have fallen in love with the position. My favorite part about being a goalie is the feeling you get after making an amazing save.

SSV is a state team where you represent your own school as you play. This year it is being held in Queensland. In saying this, Queensland is on the other side of Australia so it is costly to get there. After purchasing uniforms, paying for accommodation and flights on top of the SSV fees, the expenses start to add up!

To help me achieve this goal I am asking for donations - however small - to help me represent the great State of Victoria in the great sport of hockey and especially us hockey goalies.
