Visit websiteAt the young age of 20, Maggie has already achieved a reputation as a determined and dedicated athlete who has never taken her abilities for granted. She has excelled in rowing and now at the invitation of Paratriathlon Australia, has made the switch and is striving for selection in the 2024 Paralympic cycle ahead.
A young ambassador for those with disabilities Maggie has Usher Syndrome Type 1C. She is profoundly deaf, has no balance organs and is losing her vision with retinitis pigmentosa. She is classified Paratriathlon Vision Impaired-PTVI. Maggie loves sports and has been involved in a team or individual sport from Prep.
Born in Shepparton, Maggie has moved states to QLD for university and her triathlon dreams. She now needs your help to take the next step on the World Triathlon Stage. This includes specialist equipment and Guide funding. Next on the agenda is Devonport - Australia, Coruna - Spain and Besancon - France!
