Hi everyone,

As many of you know, I'm a proud dual-citizen of the United States and Australia. I'm also an enormous supporter of the game of lacrosse having played throughout my childhood and currently as a college athlete at Loyola University Maryland. Over the years I've been advised to use these differentiators to create opportunities and open doors that otherwise would not be available to me and I've endeavored to follow this great advice.

In January, I was thrilled to learn I've been selected as a member of the 2023 Australian Men's Lacrosse Team to compete in the World Lacrosse Men's World Championship in San Diego. Arriving in early June, the team will spend a week at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Olympic Training Center before the opening ceremony. The event will take place at San Diego State University and the University of San Diego from June 21 to July 1 and will showcase the top 30 men's teams in the world as the sport vies for inclusion in the 2028 Olympic Games.

I'm extremely excited for the experience and honored to represent Australia, a consistent contender at the World Lacrosse Championships and ranked fourth in the world behind the United States, Canada, and Haudenosaunee. Despite these achievements, lacrosse is a minority sport in Australia and airfare and ground transportation, accommodations, meals, and team apparel/equipment expenses are paid for by the athletes.
