Netball Victoria’s Community Fund 

Netball Victoria’s Community Fund has supported the netball community for over a decade, with generous donations from Jean Cowan and Margaret Pewtress providing financial assistance to families, affiliates and individuals to ensure there are no barriers to participating in our sport. 

Set to be re-launched in 2025, donations to the fund will be used to continue supporting those in the community facing hardship, expand disaster relief and a range of other initiatives that are important to the netball community. 

Your valuable support will provide recipients with financial support for costs associated with participating in netball, which could include uniform, membership and club fees, and other expenses. 

Donations to Netball Victoria's community fund will assist with providing safe, welcoming and inclusive environments, empowering our netball community and supporting greater access to our competitions and pathways. 

Netball Victoria will continue to distribute funds through this initiative, paying tribute to the legacies of Jean Cowan and Margaret Pewtress who each generously bequeathed funds to help ensure access to netball for those in need.
