As you all are aware Keisha has been lucky enough to be selected to be a part of the 2024 Australian School Girls Rugby 7's Team, and to top it off they are also travelling to Auckland, New Zealand to compete in the 2024 Global Youth 7's Tournament, in December. This obviously comes at a cost, as this is a self-funded tour, we are reaching out to see if anybody would love to get behind this kiddo and help her get to NZ to compete on the International Stage. Your donations are tax deductible through the Foundation. Keisha jumped at the chance to have a go at Rugby Union at the end of Covid Lockdowns back in 2021, fell in love with the oval ball instantly, gave up Netball, and moved Schools all so she could get into a Rugby Pathway all in pursuit of chasing that lustrious Green and Gold. Played 7's/ XV's for Sunnybank Jnrs, and Marist Ryze, and now she is fitting right in at Sunnybank Premiere Womens Rugby Team where she punches above her weight in every game. Last year playing for the Renegades at the GC Global Youth she made the Dream Team, but was ruled out to play in NZ due to Concussion, getting this opportunity is bitter sweet. With her Determination, she grinded away and put in the hard work, throughout the year making the Qld U18's in both Club and School Girls Rugby 7's, and to finally be able to tick off her Goal in making the Green & Gold this year, is an impressive achievement that we are immensely proud of. We would be incredibly thankful and appreciative of any assistance we receive to help Keisha get to NZ.
