North Lakes United FC have a critical need and urgency to build new female change rooms and office/store/medical space for our Women and Girls Program and Football Academy.

The club has very high female participation with 331 registered players (2024) and 28.3% growth (from 2023). The project is aligned with the club's objectives including meeting the specific needs of women and girls, and delivering equitable and enduring access/programs by

• the building is specifically designed and located
• currently, we have no dedicated or available female change facilities
• there is insufficient administration, storage, and medical space to properly operate our girls' program
• it will overcome discrimination and inequality by providing the same level of built facilities as male members
• it delivers a functional space that is modern, inclusive, safe (secure/lit) and
• is dedicated to females to address participation barriers and build a culture of equality, respect and inclusion.
