Your donation is supporting Phoebe Gaston
Phoebe has Victorian State, followed by National championships coming up for 2023.
After winning both the State and National titles for the 73+ kg senior women's red belt division in 2022, Phoebe's objective this year is to go back to back on both titles. An opportunity to train in Korea a few months ago and competing at the Melbourne Winter Open at the end of May has given a positive lead up to these upcoming tournaments.
Although the state championships are in Victoria in August, the Nationals are being held in Western Australia over a weekend in early October. Hopefully raising money will ease some of the costs associated with competing at this level, such as entry costs and travel.
