2020 and 2021 have been a challenge for everyone. As a local sporting club with strong ambitions, we were thrilled to achieve the Cricket Victoria 1st XI premiership title for the 2020/21 season. We also made significant steps forward in our strategy to become "the club of choice" by improving our facilities, with the opening of our new practice facilities.

However, in the words of our premiership coach, Julien Wiener - "we gotta get better and there's a lot to do." Whilst COVID has presented significant challenges to local sporting clubs, we do not intend to use that as a backdrop to reducing our stated ambition of becoming "the club of choice".

To become the club of choice, we need to build the most positive, inclusive culture. We want the best, most qualified coaches nurturing our players. We want the best facilities where players can train and perform to their best, and we want that to be enjoyed by our community - players, coaches, volunteers, past players and supporters.
