Hello, my name is Sean Aaron. I am representing Australia at the 2023 Men’s Lacrosse World Championship in San Diego, California as one of the goalkeepers. Lacrosse is a small sport in Australia, therefore we do not receive any funding and rely solely on donations from family, friends and the community.

As a team, we are currently ranked 4th in the world out of 86 member nations. The teams in front of us are the United States, Canada and the Haudenosaunee they play professionally and are fully funded. This year we hope to build on our fourth-place finish in 2018 and earn a medal. The funds raised will assist in offsetting the significant cost of competing overseas such as travel, accommodation, uniform and equipment costs.

I am honoured to represent Australia for the third time and appreciate any donations to assist me in this campaign. We hope that the games will be broadcast via ESPN, we will update with links so you can watch. Thank you for your time in reading this and go Australia!
