As some of you may know, I love ice hockey. It has given me so much in life and I’m grateful that at the age of 35 I am still able to play at a competitive level. Over the next 6 months I’ll be playing the highest level of women’s hockey in Australia. I’ve been selected to represent Melbourne Ice in the Australian Women's Ice Hockey League (AWIHL) for the 2023-24 season and am hoping to represent Australia, for the 10th time, at the World Championships held in Turkiye in April 2024. 

Unfortunately we receive little funding and to commit at this level is a huge financial strain on all players. I am seeking your support to help me continue to play the game I love, at the highest level possible. By contributing to my fundraising campaign, your generosity will make a significant impact on my season and my path to international success. 

The funds will be used to cover the cost of flights, accommodation, practices, games, equipment and uniforms for both the AWIHL season ($3000) and the world championships ($3000+) if I am successfully selected. 

The ASF is the only deductible gift recipient for sport within Australia. This means any donation over $2 to approved projects is tax deductible.
