In April of 2025, Members will be presented with a Clubhouse Master Plan that encompasses improvements and additions to our current Clubhouse offering.

The Clubhouse is 42 years old, and the last refurbishment took place approximately 17 years ago. Over the past decade, the need to review the current space available to conduct general business has been highlighted daily by our membership. These areas include, and are not limited to the following spaces:

• Locker room upgrades, particularly outdated wet areas, but with a view to enhancing the look and feel of the general space.
• A review of all Clubhouse hospitality functionalities.
• Niblick extension and outdoor entertainment options.
• Provide an additional lounge for the Associates, replacing the current Board Room.
• Creating a multi-functional meeting room/ History room off the Club’s foyer area.
• A wine room/ display that is accessible to all members.
• Design and construct a walking path from the Carpark to golfing areas, without navigating the loading dock.

The Board have engaged with industry professionals to put a costing to the plans that have been developed, with the need to provide a possible staged approach being considered given the anticipated disruption and cost to complete.
