I am beyond excited to be selected into the Under 21s Australian Women's Canoe Polo Team for 2024. I am headed to the World Championships, to be held in Deqing, China in October 2024!
I have previously represented Australia in New Zealand for the Oceania competition in 2023, placing 2nd! So I am thrilled to represent Australia once again.
Canoe Polo is an entirely self-funded sport, and the associated travel, training and competition costs can become quite expensive. Being a university student myself, funding such expenses can be quite challenging. The cost for this campaign is estimated at approximately $5000, excluding domestic training camps, uniforms, and equipment. Every bit of support helps, and will directly contribute towards travel and competition costs.
