Hi meet Ty, a young Indigenous teen and competitive trampolinist who has been working his way up the ladder competing in various levels of competition since 2018.

Ty's dedication to trampolining started at the age of 10 and with hours of weekly training and consistent enthusiasm he has since paved the way for his success participating in local SEQ competition, then moving up to state and national levels, including achieving the title of national champion while representing Queensland in 2023 and state champion in 2024. His passion for the sport has led to his selection for the 2024 National trampoline training squad, as well as an invitation to represent our country at 2 international competitions in Portugal this July, providing him with a valuable opportunity for further learning and growth in his trampolining journey.

As this is a self-funded sport, Ty has created an Australian Sports Foundation fund raising page to help raise funds to make his dream of international competition a reality. All funds donated will help go towards training, uniform fees, travel, and accommodation expenses for his upcoming competitions. We believe that supporting Ty not only benefits him personally but also promotes trampolining as a sport, show casing the talent that can be achieved.
