THE AUSTRALIAN TROUT FOUNDATION NEEDS YOUR HELP

--AN ENVIRONMENTAL FOUNDATION--

The ATF is seeking funding to further advance the health of our waterways that continue to suffer from old mining and logging works, erosion, weed infestations, and higher temperatures caused by lack of shading and climate change.

This is extremely important to provide cleaner, colder, and healthier water for our fish and all water creatures, and for the people of Victoria to enjoy now and in the future.

Our habitat restoration work has expanded exponentially in recent times with our habitat volunteers planting thousands of native trees, sedges, and grasses along our streams and restoring in-stream habitat.

Please note that we form working partnerships with DEECA, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Catchment Management Authorities, and most importantly, our habitat volunteer workers for all projects and events.

We need to raise upwards of $20,000 before 1st September 2023 which will provide us with the means to evaluate projects and purchase the required equipment, trees, woody habitat, and boulders.
