We are a women-founded and led mental wellbeing not-for-profit in Western Australia that empowers women and girls in soccer to lead on the pitch and in their lives. Through club mentorship programs and wellbeing workshops, we support players with the tools to become confident, emotionally-intelligent women and girls who step up as role models, coaches, and leaders in the game and in their communities.

We have led this evidence-based program - the first of its kind in Western Australia - for three years as a dedicated team of volunteers with no funding and a lot of passion and energy to see change in our communities. Now as a newly incorporated not-for-profit, we're looking for community support to sustain players in the game and elevate women and girls into paid leadership roles.

Gaining Ground is the program we wish we had at our clubs as young girls playing soccer. With the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 upon us, we're growing our programming to support the anticipated influx of participation within our local clubs.
