Basketball Illawarra is proud to announce our first ASF fundraising project – the Basketball Illawarra Hawks Nest Egg. Our aim is to help support our members who may be facing financial difficulties and need assistance to participate in their chosen basketball competition.

We understand that basketball can be an expensive sport, with costs associated with uniforms, equipment, and competition fees. And we believe that every member of our community should have the opportunity to participate in the sport they love, regardless of their financial situation.

That's why we're launching this fundraising project to create a fund that will provide financial assistance to those who need it most. The committee in charge will evaluate the applications received for funding assistance and utilize the fund at their discretion.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to kick off the fund, and we need your help to make it happen. With your support, we can make basketball accessible to everyone in our community, and ensure that no one is left behind due to financial hardship. Every donation counts, no matter how big or small – and all donations are tax-deductible.
