Various facility projects have been targeted by the club's committee as well as the introduction of Hi-Performance Coaching programs for both Senior & Junior players. The initial facility project the first being the replacement of all synthetic pitches at Ivanhoe Park. They have been used heavily since they were installed over 10 years ago. It's time to replace them and attend to other designated improvements during the current season and beyond. In addition to the facility project a number of Hi-Performance coaching programs are being planned for both Senior and Junior players.

A key facility updgrade item planned is the upgrade of the complete wicket table at Ivanhoe Park.
