Your donation is supporting Katandra Cricket Club Incorporated
To widen the current Third XI &junior teams playing pitch so that it will meet the Australian Cricket standard of 2.6m. Currently it is 2.1m. Having a wider pitch will encourage a wider range of abilities to play cricket including newcomers to cricket. We have a goal of establishing a stand alone women's cricket team and a wider pitch will encourage more people to play. Having a wider area will also allow the pitch to have multiple uses and become a community asset. The whole area will be resurfaced to provide a safe and true surface.
