Refurbishment upgrade of field lighting to 200 lux to enable night time competition matches using energy efficient LED lighting 6 x 28 metre high poles. Retrofit and solar panels energy for existing clubhouse, tree removal to expand warmup/passive areas, security fencing and ball screen fence. Social isolation and disengagement fragments local communities. Evidence indicates that families are highly vulnerable to social isolation in regional areas. Quite a significant population of Central Coast is located in semi rural areas and there is an area of high unemployment. A high percentage of local youth are disadvantaged socially and economically. Project aims to foster social inclusion and cohesion, through leadership, skills development, mentoring, and the creation of links with local community leaders and organisations and the delivery of cost neutral football activities: as weekly football programs, holiday camps, formal and social competitions and social events including coaching and playing activities for participants, delivered by trained volunteer coaches. Over 600 children, youths girls and boys and their families and 400 open age players men and women and their families participate in the Clubs activities annually and all groups are represented. Programs include Auscick, after-school, mixed Recreational Football and junior and senior competitions. The Club also manages a school based tournaments annually. The Clubrooms are available for Community organisations that wish to use the facility as a local community hall and currently there are womens groups and play groups using fostering cohesion with the delivery of services by those other groups.

Maintenance - Central Coast Council has leased the main oval the surrounds including amenities and changerooms effectively meaning the Club is now required to foot the bill for all maintenance including mowing, aerating, drainage, fertilising weed spray, pest spray, line marking, and pay the service charges electricity water, garbage etc. The cost of which is estimated at $60,000 per annum. Start up costs involve purchase of zero turn mower spraying equipment commercial, roller, aerator etc.
