  • Complete relocation of the patrol boats, including new winch and fuel storage enclosures
  • Build individual, private changing and shower cubicles for younger club members
  • Add an accessibility, non-ambulant compliant toilet, shower and baby changing room
  • Increase capacity for women and men’s showering, toilets and changing
  • Improve the club’s appearance by replacing the beachside fence and other fences that are at or near end of life
  • Create a multi-function meeting room
  • Install a lift providing wheelchair and ambulatory-impaired access to the back deck (subject to receiving sufficient government grant and donation funding).
