The Roselea Football Ambassador (RFA) Program aims to inspire, develop and mentor the football skills of our young players through the interaction and guidance of elite football athletes.

The benefits of the program go much further beyond the field with participants growing in self confidence and resilience and a greater love of the game. From this foundation we have seen a growth in participation at the club as the participant invite their friends to join the football family.

The Ambassadors are elite female footballers Cortnee Vine (Future Matilda's and Newcastle Jets W-League Player) and Alix Roberts (Western Sydney Wanderers W-League Player).

Cortnee and Alix brings their football experience and knowledge which they impart on our players. They both provide strong, confident female sporting role models for our girls and boys to look up to.

The RFA Program is unique in that it allows Cortnee and Alix to become a part of the fabric of the club throughout the football season so they can get to know the players on a deeper level, rather than a once off clinic or fan day.

The Ambassadors join the players for regular repeat In-Team training sessions, skills clinics talk evenings and much more.
