About the project
Rowing ACT fosters, promotes and develops rowing in the Australian Capital Territory and has been a key part of the ACT Sporting landscape since it's founding and the filling of Lake Burley Griffin, in 1964.
Our principal activities consist of running and delivering a competitive regatta schedule on Lake Burley Griffin, attracting competitors from the 14 affiliated rowing clubs and schools, high-performance institutions and academies and interstate rowers, and supporting talented ACT rowers and coaches.
Our rowers range from juniors and novices to masters and elite and we are proud to borrowers compete locally, interstate and internationally at World Championships and Olympics.
Our fundraising program has been developed to support the ongoing needs of our state-level activity, including our rowers, coaches, and delivery of key activities.
Please donate today and support rowing in the ACT.
