Visit websiteSouth Western Metro Basketball Association Inc as venue managers of Hibiscus Stadium based in Upper Mount Gravatt in Queensland are seeking donations to assist in upgrading some internal features of the venue.
These are needed as current items in place are nearing their end of life or are old & worn from use over many years.
Hibiscus Stadium is a multipurpose venue & hosts sports such as basketball, netball, volleyball & futsal. We have approximately 250,000 people go through the facility each year & we host numerous sports & other community events.
As a not-for-profit Association, it is a significant investment to assist in maintaining & improving our 4 court facility & we are reliant on grant funding or donations for these larger facility upgrades.
