Visit websiteOur small community bowling club is fundraising for the Wingham 7's to compete in the Bowls NSW Open State Pennants Final in Merryland/Guildford on 28-30 June.
Wingham is a small country town with a population of about 5,000. Our community bowling club has about 50 bowlers and often has to compete against much bigger and more financial clubs in our area. Once again our bowlers have made the club proud by winning the Zone 11 grade 7 pennants season in a hard-fought play off.
Wingham 7 now has the opportunity to travel to Sydney to compete in the Bowls NSW State Pennants final. We are raising funds to cover some of the not-insignificant travel costs and uniforms that will enable Wingham to compete at this level.
