    ABOUT Addylynn Ludlow-Lees

    Seville Grove, WA

At just 11 years old, Addy has shown extraordinary resilience and determination. Diagnosed with a bleeding disorder at birth, she has spent her life overcoming challenges that would make most adults pause. But that has never stopped her from chasing big dreams.

At age five, she spotted a group of athletes performing in a shopping centre, with sparkly bows, bright smiles, and incredible energy. Instantly captivated (mostly by the bow at first), she declared that cheerleading was what she wanted to do. Despite encouragement to try netball, Addy had made up her mind.

Since then, she has poured her heart into cheerleading, training in classes and private sessions, always striving to improve. Her journey has not been easy. Addy has battled glandular fever, endured surgeries, and suffered concussions, missing out on birthday parties, play dates, and many moments kids her age often take for granted. Yet through it all, her passion and positivity have never faded.

Now, her dedication has paid off. Addy has been selected for not one, but two incredible teams: 1. To compete at The Youth Summit in Tampa, Florida

    2. To proudly wear the green and gold, representing Team Australia in Orlando, Florida

These are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to represent her country, her sport, and every young athlete who dares to dream big despite life’s challenges.

Any contribution, big or small, will help make Addy’s dream a reality and support her journey to the world stage. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us.
